The Opportunity
AI Adventure is a fast-growing local education startup teaching kids how to use AI in a safely and responsibly while inspiring future-ready skills like critical thinking and problem-solving.
As a Program Assistant, you play a key role in running high-energy, hands-on classes for elementary students.
Ideal for motivated high school or university students looking for impactful, resume-relevant work in AI, tech, education, or youth leadership.
Schedule (Priority Needs)
Monday: 4:00–5:00 PM, Wednesday: 4:00–5:00 PM, Thursday: 3:00–4:00 PM

What You’ll Do
Support the Program Lead during after-school programs for Grades 1–5
Help run hands-on activities such as: AI Detective games, Picture Prompt Battles and Building quizzes and games with AI
Assist with setup, laptops, materials, and clean-up
Engage students and keep energy high
Represent AI Adventure professionally at partner sites
All training, lesson plans, and materials are provided.
Who This Is a Great Fit For

High school or university students seeking 1–3 hours/week of meaningful work
Prior experience with tutoring, camps, teaching, or youth programs is a plus
Able to drive to Mequon and Whitefish Bay locations
Able to pass a background check
Pay & Benefits
